John’s creative practice extends beyond the healing-arts frame into pure art: drawings, visual music, sound poems, experimental systems, and works experienced as both image and score.

Drawing sound into systems of music.
John’s recent work moves beyond the healing-arts frame into visual music, sound poems, and systems that interpret drawings as music or sound experience.
The piece also makes the bridge clearer: BioSonics grew from a deeper experimental music lineage, including the New York scene and John’s relationship with composers such as John Cage.
Orgone Music and visual systems
These compositions translate observations of movement and energy into visual music. Bar lines and notes merge with an expressive web, allowing each work to be viewed as art, read as a score, or approached as a visual mandala.
Creative lineage
A root of BioSonics reaches into the New York experimental music scene and John’s work around composers such as John Cage. This section gives that creative lineage its own space alongside BioSonics sound-healing education.
